Twelve Sets of Tan Tui /12路谭腿( Shadow Kicks)





Twelve sets of Tan Tui in Step by Step Details. It also called shadow kicks. It also includes basic training of fist, palm, stances, punches and kicks. This basic Chinese Martial arts form is based on the 12 sets of Tan Tui form from the text book "Wushu Basics" written by the famous Chinese Martial arts hero, Cai Long Yun ( Known as the Magic Fist Dragon). Kung Fu movie star Bruce Lee said Cai's book "Wushu Basics" exerted a tremendous influence on him. Master Huan Zhang has learned this form from his father, Grandmaster Zhang Lu Ping and later, Huan's form was refined by Great Grandmaster Cai Hong Xiang, classmate of the legendary Cai Long Yun. We will have total 6 clips. Each clip will contain 2 sets.
