Iron Door Latch which is a Whip Staff form the legendary Tang Dynasty War General Yuchi Gong. This whip form is useful for both close and long distance fighting. It combines techniques of saber, sword, spear, short-stick and long stick. Drills and light sparring with protection will also help you understand the martial art meaning of the movements.
Master Huan Zhang traveled all the way to Yu Zhong, Gan Shu providence in China to learn this very rare form from the Lineage holder Grandmaster Shi Bao Sheng. Shi Bao Sheng learned his form from famous Wu Dang Mountain – Yuan Yan Men Master Guo Shi Gou from Wu Shan City.
